Meet Beck Gipson

Beck was raised on a ranch in Mason County, graduated from Mason High School, and was a decorated helicopter pilot in the Viet Nam conflict. He has over forty-five years of local real estate experience as a loan officer, an interim inspector, a real estate appraiser, a real estate investor and as a buyer’s agent.

Beck’s value to the selective and discreet buyer is his understanding and knowledge of the unique Texas Hill Country and its participants. Each buyer client can have confidence in knowing that Beck will search for a property that suits the client’s needs or that all related options have been pursued and/or explained.

Qualifications

Texas Real Estate Broker's License #199499.

Beck's extensive ranch appraisal experience, spanning more than 1,000 properties over 35 years, gives him an insight and understanding no other Hill Country Ranch real estate agent coul have.

Although retiring from formal real estate appraisal practice, he continues to search and verify land sales to maintain proficiency for his Buyer Agent Clients.

Once a client’s wants are defined, Beck has the ability to quickly eliminate options for reasons that may not be stated in listing information provided by the seller’s agent; thus preventing numerous unproductive ranch showings and providing a more efficient property selection process.

If you're looking for Ranchland in the Texas Hill Country, it is hard to go wrong with Beck Gipson. His reputation, experience and skill are all equally outstanding.

In addition to real estate, Mr. Gipson’s local activities have included: Ranch operation in nearby area, past President of the San Antonio chapter of the Appraisal Institute, previous Chairman of the Kerrville Planning and Zoning Commission, former President of the Board of Directors for the Upper Guadalupe River Authority, frequently serves as a Special Commissioner for Kerr County Condemnation Proceedings, and recently completed an eighteen month term as an appointed Kerr Country Commissioner for Precinct #2.

“Let me help you find what you want, not what a Seller's Agent talks you into.”
